Oren Digital LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Spillway for personal or internal business productivity, subject to these terms and any applicable App Store rules.

These terms govern your use of Spillway apps, websites, downloads, update services, and subscription features provided by Oren Digital LLC.

You own your notes and are responsible for maintaining backups of your vaults, files, calendars, reminders, and devices. Spillway writes to files and services you configure; review settings before enabling sync or automation.
Spillway Pro features may require a paid subscription or lifetime purchase. Purchases may be processed through Apple for App Store or Mac App Store builds, or through a secure web checkout for direct-download builds. Prices, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refund options are shown at checkout or wherever you manage your subscription.
Do not misuse Spillway, interfere with update or billing systems, attempt to bypass subscription checks, reverse engineer services except where law allows, or use Spillway in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Spillway may include beta, preview, or experimental features. Features, providers, pricing, and availability may change. Oren Digital LLC may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
Spillway may work with Apple services, secure payment providers, update and download hosts, optional crash-reporting services if you enable them, and notes providers you configure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Spillway is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. Oren Digital LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Oren Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
You may stop using Spillway at any time. Oren Digital LLC may suspend or terminate access to paid services if required by law, payment failure, abuse, or violation of these terms. Questions can be sent to support@spillway.app.
These terms are intended as a practical launch baseline and should receive counsel review before a paid public launch.
